Write to us
Email support@avelynx.net. This one address covers questions about an app, signing in, billing, cancelling, refunds, privacy requests and accessibility problems. If you are asking about your account or billing, write from the email address on your account so we can match it.
What to include
- Your name and your organization's name.
- Which app you were using, such as GrantPulse.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Copy any message the app showed you.
- The address of the page, if you can. Screenshots help, but plain text is fine.
- Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card or bank numbers, or health information. We will never ask for them.
Common requests
- Getting started. We turn on new accounts by hand, within one business day after payment, and email you when yours is ready. If you have not heard from us after that, write to us.
- Signing in. We email you a sign-in code. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us from the address you signed up with.
- Billing, plan changes and cancelling. After you sign in at pricing.avelynx.net, the billing page lets you manage billing, change plan or cancel. You can also cancel or ask for a refund by email. The rules are in our terms of service, Part B.
- Your information. To see, correct, export or delete your information, write to us. We reply within two business days to say we have your request, and give a full answer within 45 days. See our privacy policy.
- Accessibility. If something does not work for you, tell us what you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use. See our accessibility statement.
- Security problems. Write to security@avelynx.net instead. See our security page.
