AveLynx privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026. This policy is from Myzbros Enterprises LLC, doing business as AveLynx ("we", "us"). It covers this website (avelynx.net) and the apps we run for customers. It says what we collect, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to see, correct or delete it.

The short version

What we collect

Cookies and browser storage

When you are signed in, a sign-in cookie or token keeps you signed in until you sign out or it expires. Our pages also store small settings in your browser, such as light or dark theme and which organization you are working in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking across other websites. Cloudflare, which hosts our site, may collect basic traffic statistics and security signals as part of running it. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will then need to sign in again.

How we use information

Some features use artificial intelligence to draft, search or summarize. When you use one, the text you send to it is processed to produce your result. A person should always check the result before relying on it or sending it to anyone else.

Who else handles it

These companies handle information for us, only to provide their part of the service:

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people from harm, or if the company is sold, in which case the new owner must honor this policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

When your organization is our customer

If you use an app because your employer, school or another organization signed up, that organization decides what information goes into it and why. We handle it for them. If you are someone whose information an organization has entered, such as a client, student or participant, please contact that organization first about your information. You may also write to us and we will help you reach the right person.

How long we keep it

How we protect it

Our security page describes what we do and what we do not have yet. In short: encrypted connections, separation between organizations, access checks on every request, and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly safe, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If your information is affected by a breach, we will tell the organization responsible for your account and help with what the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Write to [email protected]. We will reply within two business days to say we have your request, and we will give a full answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you live in California, you have the rights described in California privacy law, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and not to be treated worse for using them. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Health information and children

Our apps are not set up for protected health information, and we make no claim of compliance with medical privacy rules. Please do not enter it. Our website and apps are for adults and are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child's information was given to us, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and, for account holders, tell them by email.
